Both. Most services are available remotely via video call. On-site delivery is subject to higher rates compared to remote work, and may include additional costs such as travel and overnight accommodation where applicable. Local travel costs are typically factored into the engagement price. Any additional travel expenses incurred during overnight stays — such as local transport between accommodation and the client site — will be agreed in advance and charged separately. Your quote will clearly show which options are available and the applicable pricing.

That is completely normal and honestly the most common starting point. The best thing to do is book a free 20-minute consultation or send a brief email describing your situation. From there we can work out together what kind of support makes most sense — whether that is a single Power Session to get clarity, a diagnostic to map what is happening, or a larger structured engagement. There is no obligation and no pressure to commit to anything before you are ready.

Power Sessions can typically be booked with 5 days' notice. For larger engagements — Process Diagnostic & Clarity, Structured Process Delivery, or Full Process Transformation — start dates depend on availability and scoping. Get in touch and I will provide a realistic timeline.

Services & Pricing

A focused 60-minute one-to-one session designed to tackle a specific business challenge — fast. You come with a problem, we work through it together, and you leave with a clear action plan. Think of it as business first aid.

It is useful for things like: identifying ideal clients, reviewing pricing strategy, fixing an inefficient process, evaluating a tech tool, reviewing a proposal or tender, or simply getting an outside perspective on something that has been going in circles.

Before the session you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire so we hit the ground running from minute one. After the session you will receive a follow-up email summarising the key points discussed and your agreed next steps.

Process Diagnostic & Clarity — we map and document exactly what is happening across one or two processes, show you clearly where things are breaking down, and give you a written findings report with your options. You decide what to do next. Good if you want clarity before committing to a larger change. Process Redesign and Tasks on Demand are available as add-ons within this service.

Structured Process Delivery — a scoped engagement with a defined start, deliverables, and end. Process redesign, project management, and documentation — whatever the job requires. Good if you know something needs fixing and you need someone to drive it through properly.

Full Process Transformation — a systems-level engagement. End-to-end process overhaul, full project management, training, and handover. Requires a named senior sponsor on the client side. Good if you are preparing to scale, restructuring, or need the whole system looked at and rebuilt.

A flexible, no-fuss service for tasks that just need to get done — research, CRM database cleansing, administration, accounting or credit control support, and similar operational tasks. Booked in minimum 5 day as individual service outside of a service package. Available remotely or on-site as an add-on within the Process Diagnostic & Clarity service. Fixed-price services display the price directly on the service card. You can pay via PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer or any card payment method. Kindly note that there is an up to 5 working day period until funds can settle, depending on the payment method used. Service delivery won't commence until initial funds are received. Quote-based services vary depending on scope, location, and complexity — click "Request a Quote" on the relevant card and we will come back to you promptly.

Promotional pricing is offered periodically at KTSolutionZ's discretion. Where a discounted rate is available, it will be stated on the quote and is valid until the expiry date shown. Each client may apply one promotional discount once across all packages within any 6-month rolling period. Full conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Yes — for larger engagements invoicing can be arranged. Get in touch to discuss payment terms before booking.

Events & Training

Events range from webinars and workshops to seminars, networking sessions and conferences. Check the Events tab on the Insights page for everything currently scheduled. New events are added regularly and for those who are subscribed to our newsletter they will be sent as soon as they are available.

The booking button will display "SOLD OUT" when no more places are available. Get in touch via email if you would like to be added to a waiting list for future sessions.

Yes. Training is available for internal teams and client-facing delivery across sales, operations, HR, and technology. Available remotely or on-site.

Where training is booked as part of a service package, it is included within the scope of that engagement. Where training is requested as a standalone service outside of an existing package, a minimum commitment of 3 working days applies. The base service covers delivery only, on the condition that the client provides all relevant materials, content, and preparation required. Training plan drafts, presentations, and any additional preparation carried out by KTSolutionZ are not included in the base rate and are subject to additional costs.

On-site training is subject to higher rates compared to remote delivery. Additional costs such as travel and overnight accommodation where applicable will be agreed in advance and charged separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Use the search bar to find anything across the active tab.

Tags are short labels that give you a quick sense of what a card is about — topics, categories, tools used, or type of event. Tags highlighted in gold and bold indicate something highly relevant or promotional, such as a free premium ("Freemium") event or a discount offer. You can also use the search bar to find cards by tag.

General

The double chevron means there is more content available behind the card. Click it to expand and read the full details. Click it again to collapse. It only appears when additional information has been added — if there is no chevron, the card already shows everything there is.

Yes. KTSolutionZ is UK based. Remote work is available globally in English, Hungarian, Romanian and German, main formal communication languages is English though for all agreements. On-site availability is subject to location and will be confirmed at the point of scoping.
